Cranberry rosemary scones
1 Cup of milk
1 tsp of vinegar
two cups of flour
dash of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sage or Rosemary
1 teaspoon of baking powder
and 3/4 of a cup of butter cut in small cubes cold
1/3 of a cup of craisins
Cut butter into flour salt baking powder mixture
should look like pea sized pieces with pastry knife. In a separate bowl mix vinegar and milk set aside to curdle. Add craisins and golden raisins .make a well pour into dry mix until fruit distribution is even.sprinkle counter top with flour place dough ball in center roll until 3/4 inch thick cut in triangles place on baking sheet bake in preheated oven at 350 for 16-20 minutes
