1 1/2 cups flour
1tsp sugar
2tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup frozen corn kernels (or canned)
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil or melted butter
Parsley dried or fresh
3-4 sundried tomatoes finely diced
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or in a loaf pan for 35 minutes
(Variation. Add jalapeños and grated cheddar on top)
