Rosemary Mandarin marmalade
In. Blender add 5-7 Mandarin oranges with peel blend semi roughly
In a small pot on medium heat add remaining ingredients except cornstarch bring to boil and reduce heat (20min) total cooking time
5-7 mandarins
Grate1 tsp fresh ginger
1 cup sugar
1 sprig fresh rosemary chopped roughly
1/2 sprig fresh thyme leaves 1 tsp butter
(Can add 1/2 seeded lemon to blender for tartness)
2tsp cornstarch with a tiny amount of lemon juice or orange juice to make a slurry to thicken
