frozen Matcha Mousse with red mung beans

This recipe is a simple night quick dessert. In my foodie experience I try to stay away from meringue, this takes the stress from serving to guests at a dinner party.

ThePlace the red mung beans in the bottom of the individual dishes for a special dinner or in popsicle moulds for a more relaxed atmosphere.
Things You will need:
popsicle moulds and sticks
1 jar of red mung beans for topping
1 package of whipped topping ( prepared as instructed whisk or use hand mixer add Milk in )
Then fold in slowly:
2 Tbsp matcha green tea powder
1\2 a can of condensed milk ( approximately 1\4- 1\2 cup)
Place 1 tsp of red mung beans in bottom of popsicle molds
Freeze for 15 min then place Mousse and sticks in place in freezer.
