scallop sweet corn chowder
1 1/2 cup water
3 potatoes diced
1 onion diced
2 cloves of garlic
2cups milk
Thyme
S&P
Bring to simmer until potatoes are holding their shape . Lower temperature heat to simmer .
Half 15 - 20 bay sscallops
Cut sweet corn off Cobb
Add to pot .
Make a slurry of flour and cream
4tbsp of flour
1/2 cup of cream
Pour in and stir until coats back of spoonaa
