 Fresh dill Mustard  dry and prepared Ginger Peppercorns Chili flakes 3 cardamom pods Parsley 1 tsp Salt 1cup vinegar 1/3 oil 4garlic cloves 1/2 red pepper diced 1 onion thinly sliced 1 zucchini chunky 1/2 cup chopped green tomatoes  3/4 cup sugar Mix up veg  add liquid put in sanitized jars , cure then cool at room temp. Best served with smoked meats, or as a topping... Especially if the food is bland and u don't want to hurt the persons feelings . Haha

Cranberry rosemary scones

 1  Cup of milk  1 tsp of vinegar  two cups of flour  dash of salt 1/2 teaspoon of sage or Rosemary  1 teaspoon of baking powder  and 3/4 of a cup of butter cut in small cubes cold   1/3 of a cup of craisins Cut butter into flour salt baking powder mixture  should look like pea sized pieces with pastry knife. In a separate bowl mix vinegar and milk set aside to curdle. Add craisins and golden raisins .make a well pour into dry mix until fruit distribution is even.sprinkle counter top with flour place dough ball in center roll until 3/4 inch thick cut in triangles place on baking sheet bake in preheated oven at 350 for 16-20 minutes 

coconut custard

1 can condensed  milk 1 cup of shredded  fresh coconut (frozen) 1tsp vanilla 2 1/2 cups of  milk 3 egg yolks 5 tsp of cornstarch  2 tbsp butter In  a double  boiler  on medium heat mix together  first 4 ingredients  set aside 1/2 cup of milk to make slurry . In another container mix remaining milk with cornstarch and egg yolks .  pour in slowly  while constantly
